These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the courts having jurisdiction over Kunming, Yunnan Province.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
Either party may terminate the engagement upon written notice. Upon termination, you shall pay for all services rendered. The provisions regarding confidentiality, limitation of liability, and governing law shall survive termination.
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet all of your expectations. We expressly disclaim all implied warranties.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision shall not be considered a waiver.
